Eric is a psychiatrist and psychoanalyst in Leawood, KS. He was a staff psychiatrist at the Menninger Clinic for fifteen years and on the faculty of the Karl Menninger School of Psychiatry. He was awarded the position of supervising and training analyst by the American Psychoanalytic association. He has lectured and taught nationally and internationally on Freud and Self Psychology.

Marilyn Dawson-McCarthy, LSCSW
Marilyn is a psychoanalyst and psychotherapist in private practice. She was a founder and co-director of the Kansas City Institute of Contemporary Psychoanalysis. She has lectured and taught nationally and internationally on psychotherapeutic technique. She has extensive experience in the treatment of chemical dependency, and in family/couple therapy.
